Limited Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

KRB AGENCY LLC, doing business as SafeStep, warrants to the original purchaser that each SafeStep product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship;
  • Structural failures of the shaft, handle or locking mechanism occurring under normal use and within the stated weight capacity.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including wear of rubber tips, grips and finishes;
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions;
  • Use beyond the stated weight capacity;
  • Modifications, repairs or disassembly not performed or authorized by SafeStep;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

What We Will Do

If your product has a covered defect, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product free of charge, or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email safestep.infos@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing the defect. For your safety, stop using a product that appears defective until you hear back from us. We may ask you to return the product for inspection; if the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping.

Limitations

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. KRB AGENCY LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
