Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the contiguous United States is 7 to 15 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or peak seasons.
In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you promptly, give you a revised shipping date, and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, including any free shipping offers, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you pay.
Taxes, Duties and Customs
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Some orders may ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses outside the United States; any import duties or fees that apply are displayed at checkout where possible. If a carrier asks you to pay unexpected fees at delivery, please contact us before paying so we can assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we will do our best to update it before shipment.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement or refund.
