This Privacy Policy is provided by KRB AGENCY LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company located at 321 2nd Ave West, Seattle, WA 98119, which operates the SafeStep website and brand ("SafeStep", "we", "us" or "our"). It explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit our website or make a purchase, and describes the privacy rights available to you, including under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA") and Washington's My Health My Data Act.

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and any messages you send to our customer support.

Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal or other providers shown at checkout). We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with our site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: fraud-prevention data, delivery updates from carriers, and information from advertising or analytics partners.

2. Sensitive and Consumer Health Information

However, purchasing a mobility aid may reveal information related to your health, which may be considered "consumer health data" under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). 11. Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, we do not currently respond to them, but we do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
