This website and the SafeStep brand are operated by KRB AGENCY LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its principal place of business at 321 2nd Ave West, Seattle, WA 98119, United States ("SafeStep", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Limited Warranty, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Our Products and Intended Use
SafeStep products are walking aids designed to support everyday mobility. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the product instructions, respect the stated weight capacity and read our Product Safety & Medical Disclaimer before use. We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and features accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes, duties and shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers on behalf of KRB AGENCY LLC; we do not store your full card details. Charges will appear on your bank or card statement under the name SafeStep or KRB AGENCY LLC. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed between you and KRB AGENCY LLC once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Delivery, returns and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Limited Warranty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, the SafeStep name and product designs, is owned by or licensed to KRB AGENCY LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first at safestep.infos@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer; we will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
