Refund & Return Policy

SafeStep is operated by KRB AGENCY LLC. We want you to feel confident and safe with your SafeStep purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at safestep.infos@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund. For defects that appear later, please see our Limited Warranty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund, which will appear under the name SafeStep or KRB AGENCY LLC. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color or model, contact us and we will help you arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has shipped by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we usually resolve issues much faster that way.
